Renovations, Extensions & Alterations
Home extensions, room additions, structural alterations, recladding, bathroom upgrades and interior renovations. We can work from existing plans or help clarify the scope before pricing, with early attention to structure, weather-tightness and how the new work connects to the existing building.
Decks, Outdoor Living & Retaining Walls
Timber decks, entrance platforms, pergolas, outdoor living areas, retaining walls, stairs, handrails and practical access improvements. Each project is planned around the site levels, drainage, intended use and the finished look of the property.
Construction Earthworks & Site Preparation
Builder-led earthworks for house pads, foundations, footing cuts, final trimming, trenching, driveway preparation, auger drilling, backfilling, spoil removal and retaining-wall preparation. Our compact 1.8-tonne excavator is well suited to residential sites, backyards and restricted-access areas.
Sheds, Rural & Light-Commercial Work
Pole sheds, farm and lifestyle-block buildings, mezzanines, framing, cladding, roofing, repairs and practical site improvements. We can also coordinate building and earthworks as one scope where that gives the project a cleaner handover and fewer delays between trades.
